Job Description

BookSmart Business Solutions is seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to manage the company’s computers, software, network and data-security systems.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical problems, maintain computers and office equipment, manage backups, install software updates and help safeguard confidential client information.

Applicants should possess a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant technical experience. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity and accounting software would be valuable.
