Job Description

Working hours

Mondays to Fridays: 9 AM to 4:30 PM

Saturdays: 10 AM to 2:00 PM

Sorting shipments: Usually, after work until work is completed, may include Sundays and holidays in urgent circumstances

Main Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries and requests in person, over the phone, and on social media in a friendly and professional manner
  • Preparing Quotations based on customer’s request.
  • Sorting shipments (after the office closes at 4:30, usually twice weekly)
  • Assist with any other general functions of the office in keeping with the responsibilities of the business
